By accessing and using WeatherQuick ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

WeatherQuick is a weather forecasting application that provides:

• AI-powered ensemble weather forecasts
• Real-time weather data and alerts
• Lightning tracking and storm monitoring
• Historical accuracy analytics (Ultimate tier)
• Intelligent nowcasting and pattern recognition

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

WeatherQuick offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic weather forecasts with ads
• Pro ($3.99/month): Ad-free experience with enhanced features
• Ultimate ($9.99/month): Full access including accuracy analytics

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds for partial months.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service interruption
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

IMPORTANT: Weather forecasts are provided for informational purposes only.

• Forecasts are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Do not rely solely on WeatherQuick for safety-critical decisions
• Always consult official sources (NWS, local authorities) for severe weather
• We are not liable for damages resulting from forecast inaccuracies
• Weather data is aggregated from third-party providers

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape data from the Service
• Share or resell access to paid features
• Overload or interfere with Service infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the Service (except approved APIs)
• Impersonate others or provide false information

All content, features, and functionality of WeatherQuick are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Weather data is sourced from Tomorrow.io, OpenWeatherMap, NWS, and Open-Meteo, subject to their respective terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WeatherQuick is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update pricing with advance notice
• Change data sources or providers
• Implement usage limits or restrictions

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
